+: Расположение в старой Риге,оригинально.Рядом набережная,река. -: В номере нет и намека на чайник с чашками. Пакетиков чая тоже нет. Может это в 5звездочном отеле не принято,но реально неудобно.Не все ж люди богачи,чтоб заказывать в номер.

+: Удобное расположение, компетентный и отзывчивый персонал, очень удобная кровать, разнообразный завтрак. Наличие сауны помогает согреться в холодный зимний вечер, просто надо за 20-30 минут попросить персонал включить её :)

+: Великолепное местоположение, отличный завтрак(наличие белых скатертей-что сейчас редкость в модных ресторанах). Персонал дружелюбный и одновременно ненавязчивый, много разной бесплатной воды в номере и в холле. Бар и бармен выше всех похвал-адекватные цены для отеля такого уровня . -: Менеджеру по уборке в номерах стоит обратить внимание на пыль на изголовье кровати сверху, у сейфа, минибара. Опасный стопор входной двери, который прямо возле шкафа( можно получить травму).

+: Хорошее расположение в старом городе. -: Чистота в номере, пятна на ковре, ужасный запах в хамаме, завтрак не отвечает стандарту 5 звездочной гостинницы.

+: Гостиница расположена в самом центре города. Гостиница очень стильная, всё сделано с большим вкусом и любовью. Так же пытается работать и персонал: всегда с вниманием, улыбкой, готовностью помочь. Это далеко не первая наша поездка в Ригу, но тем, кто ещё не бывал там, могу только порекомендовать, и страну, и город, и гостиницу. -: Обслуживание на завтраке могло бы быть чуть «расторопней». Или мы просто попали в тот момент, когда персонала не хватало.

+: уютный номер , но ужасная ванная комната -: плохой завтракстарые ванные, неудобный душ, нет парковки, долгая и нудная регистрация при заезде, зашли выпить чаю нас прогнали сразу на входе ответом что мы уже закрываемся но это было сказанно не дипломатично
