+: Мне очень понравился персонал, любую твою просьбу выполняют моментально, доброжелательны, улыбчивы, красивы. Постоянно провожают тебя до ворот, чувствуешь их заботу. Я привезла группу туристов и все очень довольны. Завтраки потрясающие! -: Быдо холодновато в номере, так как это январь и кондиционер не давал достаточного тепла. Но персонал сумел решить и эту проблему, дав нам дополнительный обогреватель.

+: Безусловно Риад очень аутентичный и красивый. Прекрасно расположен. Персонал старается быстро исправлять недостатки и решать проблемы.Но номера требуют реновации однозначно. -: В номере было очень холодно, кондиционер светится но не греет. Когда работает- сильно гудит.В номере было всего 1 одеяло на 2 раздельные кровати.Телевизор старый. Розетки отваливаются, очень неприятно было вставлять зарядку, боялись что током ударит.Нет тапочек. В душевой и ванной очень плохо работает слив, вода не стекала почти 20 мин. Да и душ неудобный.В дверях и окнах щели в полпальца.Матрас неудобный, продавленный. Несколько переоцененный Риад. Не соответствует цена качеству.

+: Однозначно это великолепное, восхитительное, волшебное место. Это сказка, мечта туриста. Каждый уголок риада прекрасен, хочется его запечатлеть. По счастливом стечению обстоятельств нам повысили категорию до номера Бербер. Он был такой просторный с личной закрытой от глаз террасой, очень аутентичной уборной. А двери, а ключ! Риад в центре всего, можно удобно припарковать машину, 5 мин и вы на месте, вещи помогут донести. Завтрак вкусный, разнообразный в красивом месте. А мандариновый фреш лично за ваш столик ммм. Ребята всем всем надо отдыхать именно здесь. Весь персонал молодцы!

+: Очень вкусный завтрак! Искренне приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Роскошные интерьеры (Спойлер(!): красивее, чем во дворце Бахия :) ). Не просто так это место называется "Дворец Себбан". По вечерам играет музыкант! Шикарные виды с террасы. Расположение очень удобное - можно пешком дойти до площади Джема Аль Фна и от нее в Бахия, усыпальницу Саадитов, сады возле Кутубии, кибер парк, Мамония и др. Рекомендую пешком дойти до сада Мажорель и увидеть красивые торговые ряды для туристов, базар для местных и элитный жилой район возле сада.

+: Абсолютно всё понравилось! Сам риад в традиционном стиле, есть бассейн, терраса для загара на крыше, очень всё уютно, мило, чувствовали себя как дома! Во многом это заслуга персонала, все были вежливы, охотно помогали со всеми возникающими вопросами, находиться в риаде было очень приятно, атмосфера прекрасная! Спасибо всей команде риада! Вы лучшие! +: С таким гостеприимством и теплом в гостиничной индустрии я ещё не сталкивалась, Доминик и оба администратора оказали такой приём, что ощущаешь себя принцессой во дворце не меньше.)) Отель очень красивый, настоящий восточный дворец со множеством патио, дворов колодцев, красивых лестниц, коридоров, диванчиков, узоров, трудно описать, нужно это увидеть. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу, наш номер и все наше пребывание было сказочным!
