+: Номер с видом на главную мечеть. Валет парковка, это когда машину на парковку отгоняет персонал, но тут же и минус, если что-то забыли в машине, надо обращаться к персоналу. Интернет работал стабильно. -: При заселении на карте был заблокирован депозит в двойном размере стоимости проживания, хотя в условиях бронирования такого нет. Мы это пережили, но в конце отпуска, это было неприятным сюрпризом. Двоих человек заселили в номер, где все принадлежности были на одного (тапки, халат, полотенца, посуда и т.д.). После обращения в сервис что-то принесли, что-то так и не принесли. Например чашка для чая, чашка для кофе, стакан для воды так и остались в одном экземпляре. Т.е. в пятизвездночном отеле предполагается, что гости будет пить чай или кофе по очереди из одной чашки. В описании номера электрический чайник, которого по факту не было. Пакетики с чаем и кофе занесены в прайс минибара. Объездив полмира, такое первый раз увидели.

+: Завтрак хороший, большой выбор. Красивый вид на город и на мечеть из определенных номеров. -: Ощущение как-будто это старый отель, хотя ему 7 лет. обшарпанная мебель в номере и в общественных местах. вокруг отеля стройка, что усложняет подъезд к нему. а из-за пыли очень грязные окна.

Отличное расположение, превосходный завтрак. На ресепшн во время заселения подошла русскоговрящая сотрудница Karima El Idrissi, обаяла гостеприимностью, помогла во всех вопросах, курировала наше пребывание во все время пребывания. Следила за всем, чтобы наш отдых был на самом высоком уровне. Рекомендуем сразу спрашивать ее на ресепшн. Если приедем в этот отель, то только благодаря ей.

Это наш любимый отель в Марокко. Обязательно останавливаемся в нем каждый раз, когда попадаем в Касабланку. Номера, персонал и рестораны - выше всяких похвал. Прекрасное месторасположение, которое позволяет пешком обойти весь центр города. В отеле есть прекрасная русскоязычная сотрудница Карима, которая помогает решить любые вопросы.
