The luxurious 5-star Hotel Hermitage is located in Monaco, 200 meters from Monte-Carlo Casino. The hotel occupies the building of the monument of palace architecture of the style of bel-époque. There is a winter garden and a 7,000 square meter spa. m

+: Внешний вид гостиницы. Некоторые холлы. Место для проведения завтраков -: Холл гостиницы,где расположен ресепшен. В зоне бассейна очень много людей. Недалеко от холла ресепшена. Есть столики где можно перекусить. Сидишь фактически в проходе. Люди ходят вокруг тебя. Это не очень комфортно. Не очень понравились завтраки. И персонал, который их обслуживает

+: Теперь только сюда Невероятный вид покорил. Замечательный персонал. Хороший пляж. -: Даже не смотря на то что из кондиционером Воняет куревом очень часто. Все равно все очень понравилось. И кофе честно отвратительный, не пойму почему так? Через 100 км Италия и там кофе идеальный в любой забегаловке.

+: Понравился только интерьер и ресторан . -: Уровень персонала 0. Во первых они все с очень надменными угрюмыми лицами , за день звонили уточнить все ли в порядке с бронированием и уточнили про депозит - сказали он не потребуется . Как только оплатили номер в отёле нам сказали « вы должны депозит 300 или мы звоним в полицию» . Мини бар нам заблокировали - смешно и не приятно . Далее вечером почувствовала боль после ужина - попросила таблетку , отказали сказав что они не имеют права давать и я должна сама ехать в аптеку .
