+: собственный пляж, много открытых бассейнов разной температуры, вкусный ресторан, красивая набережная рядом, вид из номера на море, детская площадка в конце набережной -: открытые бассейны работают по графику, если правильно помню с 10:00-18:00.

-: с первого дня в нашем номере не работал кондиционер, на второй день он начала подтекать, и горничные, просто и любезно положили полотенце на пол, чтобы лужа не образовывалась, я возмутилась этим и попросила разобраться. к моему возвращению лежало уже три полотенца на полу. и лишь на третий день требований решить проблему, а к слову это в номере повышенной комфортности(какой-то люкс), только на третий день нам предложили замену номера той же категории, но только на след день. на след день, когда мы выпросили уже ключи от нового номера, в нашем уже во всю лил дождь из системы кондиционирования. нам не предложили помочь с багажом, и это тоже пришлось просить, чтобы хоть кто-то нам помог с багажом. но ресепшн говорил что все сотрудники заняты встречей гостей. только уговорами и повышенным тоном удалось нам найти человека. это, пожалуй вопиющий случай, испортивший настроение, не испортил отдыха, но впечатление о гостинице изменилось. в след раз будем искать альтернативу, несмотря на то, что расположение отеля и Read more

-: К сожалению, мне пришлось столкнуться с глупостью персонала гостиницы, причём служащий на ресепшн, который был со мной не учтив, представился менеджером. Собственно конфликт возник из-за того, что придя в номер в 23:45 я обнаружила, что в нём не было вечерней уборки.
