The beach can be reached in just 5 minutes. The Viktorija complex is located just 400 meters from the sandy Long Beach and 2 km from the center of Petrovac. It offers air-conditioned apartments / rooms with free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking.

+: 😁Это была наша первая точка в Черногории в этой поездке. Пляж Бульярицы чистый, галечный, показался немного ветренным, но это может в эти дни была такая погода, не могу утверждать. Апартаменты находятся достаточно близко к пляжу, с маленькими детьми мы шли пешком минут 7-10, взрослые конечно могут быстрее добраться. Хозяйка апартаментов Виктория очень тепло нас встретила, угостила вином, детей шоколадом и домашним компотом, за что большое спасибо👍 помогла нам арендовать авто, и во всех вопросах была на связи, были какие то проблемы с регистрацией, но она все решила быстро. Апартаменты не большие, все компактно, терраса отличная, мы завтракали и ужинали там, все чисто и уютно. -: Минусов нет, только 3 этаж, поднимать чемоданы, все остальное отлично

+: Чисто, уютно, прекрасная хозяйка. Близко к морю и магазину. Можно припарковать машину во дворе. Есть вся необходимая посуда, холодильник, чайник, плита. -: В ванной присутствовал запах канализации.

+: Наилучшие впечатления от проживания в отеле "Виктория"! Отличное расположение - тихий поселок Булярица с очень большим пляжем. Рядом пекарня, несколько кафе, небольшой маркет со всем необходимым. В менее чем километре находится Петровац с красивейшим пляжем Лучице. Петровац оживленный город, где можно погулять, посидеть в кафе, есть большие супермаркеты. Оттуда же каждый час ходят автобусы в Будву. Хозяйка отеля "Виктория" - Виктория:) очень дружелюбная и приятная девушка, всегда улыбается и поможет вам по любым вопросам. Аренда машины, маршруты и т.д. - спасибо за помощь и подсказки) Номер был отличный, чистый, со всем необходимым - посуда. плита, чайник, холодильник, даже розетка от комаров) В холодильнике нас ждали вино, шоколад и сок:) На балконе стол, зонт и вид на море и горы:) 11 ночей пролетели незаметно и очень жаль было уезжать... Рекомендуем отель и обязательно приедем еще:)

+: Прекрасная хозяйка апартаментов, отвечала быстро на все вопросы, помогала добраться до места. Всего в паре минут от отеля - пляж Бульярица, очень большой и просторный. Через 1 км горного подъема - сам Петровац. Очень красивое, тихое, уютное место!

+: Близко к морю. Рядом замечательная кафешка и продуктовый магазин. По приезду нас ждал сок в холодильнике и большой кусок арбуза. Из окна действительно видно море, но ещё и пара недостроенных зданий вместе с ним. -: Пахло канализацией из ванной комнаты. При заселении забыли полотенца и туалетную бумагу, исправили как только мы на это указали. Очень тонкие двери, когда кто-то что-то делает, в общем коридоре, ощущение, что это прямо в номере происходит
