+: The location is amazing the pool is heated and it’s quite nice welcoming staff all the time smile on the face

+: The room was extraordinary, the staff was super nice and helpful and gave us the most relaxing time.The Spa is amazing

-: The beach was ok.. a lot of rocks and not smooth sand as we thought. Also the location of the hotel is quite secluded and you need a car to move around.

-: Suboptimal staff treatment. Only one card for the door. No map. Steam doesn't work.Shower sink is clogged. Bathroom has no bidet sprayer. Some light keys are broken.Lots of wasps in the balcony.Every time I ordered food there was a missing item. Small property size.Too expensive for what I got.
