+: Beechum and his staff were very helpful at reception when I needed to extend my checkout time due to illness. Tintoshan (not sure of spelling - manager at dining area , Kevin and Vaishen (not sure of spelling) were exceptional but other staff at staff that were cleaning rooms were also courteous and helpful.
-: I think that the dinner should have more curries at the buffet.

+: Hotel was fantastic, great big room, very friendly staff, food great, bottled water, coffee, tea in our room everyday, with no extra charge,we enjoy our stay, the hotel was very centeral to buses metro, an no shortage of taxis, would definitely recommend this hotel
-: The only thing was the elevators were not working, but the hotel let guests use the staff elevator which didnt go to the ground floor
