One of the best choices we chose in Trou aux Biches. The beach can be reached in just 6 minutes. The resort’s Le Cardinal’s resort has a piano bar and free water sports facilities with its private beach and swimming pool. It is located in Trou aux Biches, 7 km from the lively city of Grand Baie.
The luxuriously decorated suites at Le Cardinal Exclusive Resort have a balcony or terrace, a living room and an open-plan bathroom with a private bath. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen cable TV.
The gourmet restaurant serves an à la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and light snacks and exotic cocktails are offered at the beach and pool bars. Guests can relax and listen to live music in the piano bar.
The Boathouse company organizes free activities, including boat trips with a clear bottom and snorkeling. Guests can enjoy the wellness center and tennis court, located in the nearby resort Casuarina.
The hotel is 21 km from Port Louis. On request, a shuttle service to Sir Sebasagar Ramgoolam International Airport, which is 72 km away, is available.

+: Ci è piaciuto molto che la struttura aveva accesso diretto alla spiaggia, che seppur non molto grande, comunque era molto bella (abbiamo notato che altre strutture avevano una spiaggia quasi inesistente). La camera molto bella e spaziosa, pulita, con un terrazzino con una splendida vista mare e giardino tropicale del Resort. Il personale del ristorante davvero molto amichevole, gentile e attento a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Un grazie particolare a Dino, Rajesh, Daniel e il supervisore.
-: Area comune un pò trascurata. Purtroppo di fronte la spiaggia c'è una numerosa presenza di motoscafi che un pò rovina l'autenticità e semplicità del paesaggio circostante.

+: Beautifully room with a breathtaking view and missive circular bathtub. Exceptional food for breakfast and dinner prepared by a fantastic Chef. And the best cocktails I have ever had.
-: I could not say that there was much that I did not like. The pool and bar are not verry large which could be inconvenient if the hotel is verry full. But when we were there they were perfectly fine for the few guests.

+: Kein Buffet. Alles musste mühsam und mit viel Wartezeit bestellt werden und die Hälfte wurde vergessen oder falsch geliefert. Das Geschirr war schmutzig. Der Toast Stein hart.
-: Die Zimmer sind renovationsbedürftig. Die Bar am Strand war sehr schön, jedoch musste man zum Bestellen zuerst jemanden suchen gehen. Sehr schade.
