-: everything was ok. Except cleaning swimming pool time (as per attached picture) they came in the morning without notification about daily cleaning time , and walked around the swimming pool for cleaning (back of the villa), getting close to the window of the villa which can be seen from outside. Despite that I already put (don't disturb sign) on the front villa door.

-: The staff expect the golf cart’s butlers and the executive chief FarrahMost of the reception staff need training their work values and attitude very very bad and the culture of the resort strange i never saw that any where in the world or in mauritius on the top of the worst attitude their reception mangers Miss vandana Mohall as she wrote the name because she wearing no badge or uniform! And the night reception duty Manger how make our stay absolutely not a five star resort experience at allthere is one restaurant all other cuisine’s is close , the breakfast area not really clean the flyers on the food and salad the don’t use the usual fans around the food only on honey
