-: Please respect the coral reef and avoid destroying it 🙏🏻If you want to enjoy snorkeling - this is the perfect beach and part of the sea cost. Underwater is not sandy, because of the coral - for us it was a huuuge plus, but if you are looking for sandy ground - this is not place for you

+: Every thing in this seven stars resort amazing from the check in process till leaving the resort.One of the best resorts in the world the staff and many thank to Miss Bushra guest relations who made our stay a unique experience she was very helpful and welcoming. The staff are wonderful and welcoming every where around the resort and it’s a great value in JW Marriott culture. Very different cuisines many high standards restaurants and delicious food on the top of them the indian on with the executive chef Malik he really challenging your taste very very nice food experience. The rooms are clean very well services the swimming pools and the beach too.

+: JW Marriott Mauritius is a beautiful hotel, but it is fair to say the most special thing about this resort, is people who work there. Each and every member of staff goes out of their way to ensure that your stay is something special. From the general manager the whole way down, everyone takes exceptional care to elevate the experience and I have to commend the hotel for this, above everything else. A huge thanks to everyone there but in particular to: All the staff in the Japanese Restaurant and the chef who went to a huge effort on our last night to make our final meal something more than memorable. It was like a full tasting menu and it was a very kind gesture. Adish Tulloo in the gym, who was the personal trainer for my husband and I, during our stay. He kept us motivated, showed us new methods of training and kept us coming back every day. A real asset to the hotel. Ravi - our butler who went to such effort to make our stay special. He booked every reservation and meet us each and every morning with a smile. Kevin - the concierge who makes sure everything is running smoothly. Matthew in the bar - not just an amazing bar man but also an extremely talented photographer always on hand to take snaps of the guests. Last but not least, Sarvesh in the Boathouse who was so kind and made an impromptu table for us under starlight to enjoy one of our last dinners. You are a true gentleman.
