+: Chef Sampoorna was a blessing for our specific diet needs, attendant Afrasim was most courteous, Bibo put a lot of love life and happiness in organising events he works very hard, our room was always clean and always kept up to date, environment is great. We enjoyed celebrating my husband's birthday here.
-: Some employees especially reception initially was not up to standard or what we would have liked but over the days it was ok. Cost of transfers was steep. Not many facilities.. gym, board games, pool table, updating the main restaurant and bringing in some premium drinks is desirable. Cost is almost same as some 5 stars. Bathroom very small surely. Can surely and easily do better
