+: Wir waren in den letzten 13 Jahren sechs Mal im Anantara Kihavah Villas, in der Hauptsaison, wie auch in der Nebensaison und jedes Mal wieder, ist es für meine Frau und mich und unsere drei Mädchen im Alter von heute 15, 10 und 6 ein Traum, der erneut wahr wurde. Ja, wir sind über alle Maßen begeistert von diesem prachtvollen Idyll, von diesem Paradiesgarten, von der Leidenschaft und der Überzeugung, mit welcher sich die Engel im Service und das Management für ihre Gäste engagieren. Eine besondere Überraschung war es Joachim Textor kennzulernen, welcher als Koch, Küchenchef und Executive Chef die Welt sein zu Hause nennt und in den besten Hotels mit Geschick und Hingabe für Hochgenuss und Perfektionismus sorgte und mit seiner liebevollen Art und seinem umfangreichen Know-how Anantara Kihavah Villas um seine kulinarische Kunst bereichert. Besser geht immer trifft es hier nicht. Sie sind angekommen. Genießen Sie eine erholsame Zeit mit jedem erdenklichen Luxus. Das Resort ist teuer, jedoch wertig. Sie wollen, Sie müssen, nein, Sie können nicht anders, Sie kommen wieder. Unsere Kinder und wir lieben jeden Augenblick in Anantara Kihavah Villas.

-: Meine kurze Anekdote hierzu erinnert an jenes Ehepaar mit einjährigem Kind, welches nach 14 Tagen heftigster Regenzeit abreiste und mein Erkunden nach aufkeimender Langeweile überraschte. Die Dame entgegnete: "Nein, mitnichten, es ist doch so wunderbar hier, ich möchte nie mehr weg." Stimmt! Und wir hatten Glück mit dem Wettergott und brachten die Sonne mit.

+: Das Essen wie auch das Frühstück waren unübertrefflich. Die beruht im Wesentlichen auf der Leistung von Chef Joachim Textor.

+: Staying at Anantara Kihavah for our honeymoon exceeded all our expectations,and our holiday on the beautiful island was truly magical! We were greeted onto the island by bongo’s,the staff welcoming us on the pier and serving us fresh coconut water before our lovely villa host,Harnie drove us on a buggy through the lush island plantations to our incredible, newly renovated,spacious and private over water villa,which offered full sea and beach view,and from where we enjoyed complete tranquility. The staff was impeccable! They always went out of their way to make each of our experiences memorable and personalized,remembering our names,surprising us with honeymoon cake, champagne and decorations and always offering us our preferred drinks for breakfast and dinner. Every night, we were taken on an amazing culinary journey at one of the five incredible restaurants,that offer cuisines from around the world and each in a beautiful setting,overlooking the water. Our favorite restaurants were “spice” and “sea” - Sea is the under water restaurant, from where we were taken on a gastronomic journey of a five course meal, six meters under water,experiencing the “message in a bottle” immersive dinner whilst marveling at the sharks, stingrays and more fish than you can imagine, peacefully swim around us in unison. The amazing execute chef,Joachim prepared our dessert on the table,like a masterpiece too beautiful to eat,and he was always present at the restaurants, ensuring guests were enjoying their outstanding meals. Another “wauw” experience was the snorkeling, which we thoroughly enjoyed and we were so impressed by the abundance of marine creatures and sea life, swimming around, just feet below the surface of the Indian Ocean. It felt so calm under the water,and as though the fish were inviting us to join them in their underwater World. Anantara Kihavah is truly one of the BEST resorts we have ever stayed at and we loved every moment of this unforgettable honeymoon.

-: We waited at the outdoor lobby area for nearly an hour, awaiting the speedboat and seaplane for departure. It was extremely hot and it would have been nice with a cold towel and a glass of water. Alternatively check out could be completed in the villa, for the guests comfort. This is the only constructive criticism as everything else was perfection. Thank you to all the Anantara Kihavah staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable and magical. It truly felt like a dream, on this beautiful island.
