+: Tutto.La struttura è bellissima ed il mare eccezionale, ma il plus è sicuramente lo staff.Siamo stati assistiti da Ambe che è stato davvero bravissimo e ha reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto.Tutti bravissimi, dal capo chef Gaetano (grazie!!!) ai ragazzi delle pulizie

+: La qualità dei servizi e del cibo é davvero ottima, oltre al fatto che si hanno a disposizione bevande di qualità premium. Lo staff è gentilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Villa Overwater con piscina fantastica.

+: Water villa ampia e costantemente riordinata dal personale.A quest’ultimo va un 10 e lode per l’attenzione, la discrezione e la gentilezza. Nuovo ristorante di carne inaugurato da dicembre 2023 eccezionale. Proposto menù fisso variegato ed ottimo in ogni sua portata.Interessante la carta dei vini e dello champagne, nonché i cocktail inclusi nel pacchetto. Non ti facevano venir voglia di desiderare null’altro di extra.Apprezzatissima l’idea di includere tutti i ristoranti del resort nel pacchetto all-inclusive (avevo letto di altri resort che davano la possibilità di cenare una sola sera alla carta in uno dei ristoranti non a buffet e di rimettere all’extra charge eventuali ulteriori cene).Molto bel organizzato e fornito anche il ristorante buffet che non abbiamo provato solo a cena. Ma a colazione e a pranzo è stata una garanzia per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno.
-: Poche opportunità di svago. Qualunque attività che non fosse la cena era a pagamento, nonché strettamente correlata al clima. Direi che questa è una struttura da scegliere se si vuole esclusivamente relax.Il ristorante giapponese decisamente non all’altezza del posto. Riso colloso, sashimi non tagliato adeguatamente e roll più interessanti sulla carta che al palato.Il ristorante italiano a nostro avviso non dovrebbe proporre piatti freschi quali la burrata se alla fine freschi non sono. Io l’ho ordinata ed oltre ad essere acida era stata visibilmente decongelata. Non che mi aspettassi la burrata mangiata in Puglia, ma visto che ci troviamo in un 5 stelle se non si possono garantire certi standard di qualità non sarebbe forse meglio depennarli del tutto dalle proposte del menù?
