+: The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was really nice food and good value. Breakfast was always good.
-: Some of the staff were not very helpful. We weren't able to get much advice on where to go on the island or how to book trips out like diving. Often we would be given incorrect information or information wasn't passed on. There was not anyone to contact after about 10pm if there was an issue with anything. We also tried to get some washing done during our stay. They had our clothes for 2 days and they came back unwashed.

+: We absolutely loved the stay at Grand Beach! From the minute they came to collect us to the port, to the moment when they dropped us off. We stayed 4 nights and we haven't found a single thing we didn't like. The hospitality and the willingness to get us anything (literally anything we asked for) was absolutely mindblowing. Everything done with smile on their face and appreciation. We really feel pampered and being taken care of greatly. There is a small pool at the roof top, with a beautiful rooftop terrace!
