-: Booking.comで予約しましたが、予約が無いと言われ空港で途方に暮れていたら、マネージャーから連絡があり、宿泊できました。結果、アップグレードしていただき、良い部屋に宿泊できました。

+: Goede service, maar je moet wel echt voor alles betalen. Niet eens gratis water op de kamer, erg jammer. Het restaurant is overigens heel chique en netjes, dat is echt een aanrader!

-: Room is old. Breakfast is average. Price is high for what you get. Worst: No proper transfer done by hotel staff to the next hotel which arranged seaplane flight for us. Just dropped us at airport and abandoned us to our own devices. They didn't call the next hotel staff to come meet us at airport, nor did they tell us which counter to go to. All this despite us giving them details of our next hotel and they said they will transfer us to the next hotel properly to get on to the seaplane.
