+: The location was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful. No request was too much.

-: It's quite expensive, but I guess most Maldives resorts are.

+: The Staff was very helpful, our Butler Aifee and room attendant Lugain were great. The Managers Nazir and Arif and Areef helped too. At the Resturant, the manager Saeed was impeccable. I loved the location of my room and appreciate that the staff catered to my request on allocating a quite very private room. We loved the Yoga teacher Uday who conducted a wonderful session for us at sunset. Gary at the Scuba Snokerling area was so thorough and helpful in explaining all. Loved that.

-: The food choices were limited and in room food menu is concise. The Dolphin cruise was just ok.

+: Perfect stay, Very good food and superfriendly service. Everything was just perfect.

+: Kagi is the most magnificent resort. It is absolutely beautiful, pristine, with magnificent rooms with pools, the water is the most amazing blue I've eve seen, the pictures of the resort are beautiful but when you see it in reality its truly breathtaking.

+: Absolut traumhafte Lage. Kleine Insel, kleines Hotel, ausgezeichnetes Hausriff. Perfekt zum schnorcheln oder tauchen. Tolles Frühstück, schöne Aufteilung der Villen. Ausgezeichneter Spa Bereich mit vielen wunderbaren Anwendungen. Sehr gut geführt und absolut zu empfehlen!Man hat einen eigenen Butler, den man via WhatsApp jederzeit kontaktieren kann. Er kümmert sich sehr gut um die Belangen der Gäste. An- und Abreise werden mit dem Wasserflugzeug perfekt organisiert. Auch ein optionaler Late-Checkout für den Nachmittagsflug war möglich.

-: Wir haben auf unseren 7 Nächten alle 3 Kategorien (Beachvilla, Lagunenvilla, Oceanvilla) ausprobiert. Leider waren zwei von drei Zimmern bei Einzug nicht ganz sauber. Wir hatten jeweils Haare von den letzten Gästen im Badezimmer. Absolutes NoGo. Dadurch, dass nur ca. 30% der Zimmer belegt waren, hatte man wahrscheinlich auch weniger Personal. Auch eines der drei Restaurants war geschlossen. Somit fiel die Auswahl auch etwas geringer aus. Es gab ein paar stürmische Nächte, in denen Müll angeschwemmt wurde. Dieser wurde dann aber erst am Nachmittag oder nächsten Tag weggeräumt. 5 Sterne sollte mehr auf Sauberkeit achten, auch in der Nebensaison oder bei Unterbelegung.
