+: Todo el personal que nos atendió desde la llegada al aeropuerto hasta nuestra partida fue excelente! Hacen que las deficiencias del hotel sean más llevaderas , son muy buenos trabajadores . La playa es preciosa y su entorno maravilloso…

-: Las instalaciones están deterioradas , no hay luces en los caminos interiores, la fuerza del agua en los baños es pésima , la comida no es la de un resort , los cocineros usan lo mejor que pueden los pocos recursos de que disponen , era escasa y repetitiva, poca fruta y ensaladas, las habitaciones mal iluminadas, en general da un aspecto de un resort en decadencia , no está acorde a otros que he visitado . Insisto en el buen trabajo de sus empleados, son amables y profesionales así como el centro de buceo.

-: Its NOT 5 stars, maybe 4.Almost all services are not available: spa is closed, alakarte is closed almost no choices for food. Its ok for 1 week but not for two.

+: struttura di sicuro di valore quando costruita con una direzione, capace e attenta, grossissimi potenzialità, ma sfruttate lo staff molto disorientato cerca di rispondere facendo del meglio a gestire una struttura troppo grande e troppo importante per uno staff non a sufficienza capace di gestire il lusso. la cucina è il punto più negativo, veramente alcuni giorni io e la mia famiglia ma quasi tutte le persone presenti non c’era qualcosa di buono da mangiare. Basterebbe veramente poco trovare uno chef internazionale capace

-: Pulizia scadente delle parti comuni, abbandono di alcune strutture, management inesistente o non altezza di una struttura quando nata sicuramente di qualità Forza !! non fate morire Kihaa

+: The only positive moment was successful snorkelling trip with Manta Rays and staff.

-: Facilities Not as Advertised: The swimming pool was closed; only one restaurant and one bar was open; no horse riding. Inadequate Spa and Wellness Services compared to what was officially declared. Severe Mosquito and Sand Fly Problem. Limited Food Options and often not enough food. Poor handling of our complaints, no CEO in the place, staff present in the resort without competencies to deal with the problems.

+: I loved the peaceful ambiance, convenient location offering sea plane or domestic flight options, exceptional staff, delectable dining options, stunning pool views, and fun daily activities, not to mention the incredible snorkeling experiences right by the shore.

-: I wish I could have extended my stay; the place was simply perfect, meeting all expectations except for the extended wait times for domestic flights to get to the resort.
