+: Although it was our first time in Maldives and in this lind of resortc so I cannot compare to others in the area; I fully recommend Oaga Resort. Resort personnel were really welcoming, always available and trying to fulfill all our requests. There are many activities included in the All Inclusive and the food in the restaurant was really good as well, with different options. The floating breakfast was nice and all the activities booked were right on time. Bungalows by the sea-side and private pool are huge and with all the comodities. We really loved the shower with no ceiling, like if you were in the middle of the nature! Great experience overall, we enjoyed it a lot!!

+: The staff were extremely friendly and polite, always calling us by our names, and making us feel welcome. The location was lovely, it was convenient and the inclusion of free transfers made the journey from the airport to the hotel seamless. The food and the food options was incredible. It was nice to always have a choice of what to eat, each day being somewhat different. The all inclusive package has a lot to offer.
-: Firstly, we had Banging on the roof of the room - they tried to solve it and told us it was the wrong thing and that we just had to ‘deal with it’ because it was caused by the wind- to find out it was a fault with the water in the room and that it was a massive engineering job and that we would change rooms to the same room type but facing the ocean- to which we got a room next door (not facing the ocean). We were kicked out our room at 6:45 after being agreed to that 7pm would be fine, to be sat here til 7:20 with our luggage. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. We were then moved to new room- no lighting in pool so couldn’t be used at night time. Woke up and had been BITTEN ALL OVER BY MITES IN THE BED- we asked for some cream for the bites and didn’t receive any until later that day. I had had a severe reaction and myself and my girlfriend had been bitten over 100 times between us. We spoke to the manager, who gave us a free massage, a private dining experience, a new room, a refund for the whole stay and a gift voucher to stay here again for free. HOWEVER, I am writing this two weeks after the stay and we still have not received a refund. We are both still on medication and antibiotics. In addition, we didn’t get to use any of the water sports included in our all inclusive package as it booked up for the stay, even though we saw the jet skis sat for a while we walked around the island. Had a floating breakfast delivered to the room which was part of the all inclusive package and all the ‘hot’ food was cold. I understand as it was delivered from the restaurant however this is very unsafe to eat. Only one of the cocktails was available for the all inclusive in the restaurant area. The swim up bar that you can access from the private pool is NOT included in the all inclusive package and is very pricey. See photos for bites.

-: الطعام سيىء ويعتبر سناك فى بعض المطاعم ولا يرقى لاكل فندق ثلاثة نجوم وكثيرا كان يسبب الم للبطن حتى وكل الخدمات الشاملة ليست شاملة يجب ان تدفع المشروبات الطبيعية ويجب ان تدفع لبعض المشروبات الغير كحولية ويجب ان تحجز للالعاب المائية ويجب ان يرافقك احدهم او يرافق زوجتك ان كنت ستلعب جيت سكى لهذا لم نستفد باى خدمات ويجب ان تحجز للصيد ولا تجد مكان فى الرحلة بجد امر غريب لم نستمتع بة وايضا بعض الناموس وبعض الزواحف وعدم نظافة حمام السباحة الخاص
