+: The receptionist is very kind and professional, we arrived in the night and he even upgraded us in the roof terrace room ☺️Very nice position.Terrace is great

-: The room in the top roof are nice bit smaller than the deluxe double room , where ei have been in previous trips

+: The best option for transit passengers, which we were! The room is very clean, it has everything you need, good air conditioning, hot water, comfortable beds. The sea and the beach club are across the street. The hotel has a wonderful staff member with good english. You can order food and have dinner in the room, on the shared balcony or downstairs in front of the hotel. We slept in absolute silence (it's very important for us). We left early in the morning. Mr. Sokhel put a delicious!!! lunch box for us for breakfast and called a taxi at a minimum cost. We had a great break between flights. Thank you very much!!!!

+: Ontzettend vriendelijke staff en nette, schone kamer

-: Vanuit de ramen in de kamer kijk je uit op andere gebouwen, dat is jammer, maar prima qua prijskwaliteit verhouding

+: Didn't see any planktons but the place is perfect for a night before your resort getaway.

-: The lighting in the room. Would have been nicer with warmerlighting and some bedside lamps.

+: The hotel is nice and worth of money to stay near airport. Very clean, nice rooms with all what is needed

-: The staff failed to tell us the pool had been broken for a month before we arrived. She also failed to tell us that before we had paid so we were stuck with the room. In the photos there were pretty string lights over the balcony and these were not there either.They also didn't tell us the private balcony is not private and neither is the pool. It is shared with who ever wants to come upstairs and use it! If we had known, I would NOT have booked this room let alone pay for it. It is wrong to mislead your customers into paying for something they are not getting!If we were staying there more than 1 night, we would have asked for an instant refund and left. There is a much prettier hotel less that 5mins away.

+: L'emplacement top et les chambres sont sympas.

-: Nous avions réservé cet hôtel sachant qu'il n'y avait pas de bikini beach sur cette île et l'hôtel disait être équipé d'une piscine. C'est une information mensongère Au dernier étage sur une terrasse donnant accès sur deux chambres occupées se trouve une espèce de baignoire vide une place mais pas de piscine grosse déception. Du coup le prix payé est élevé vu qu'il n'y a pas cet équipement.
