-: the hotel stuffs (manager name Naufal) try to charge double the price when i check in as I didn't change the number of person when I booked default was put 1 person when booking. Hotel stuffs said they need to charge over $3000 more even booking.com sent an updated reservation says my booking is for 2 people. Check in process took 2 hours, great thanks to booking.com representative patiently on the phone until the issue is resolved and I was able to go to the room. With 3 days stay, all water activities are cancelled due to wave and water current only paid activities can be booked for US dollar $199. Floating breakfast is same as buffet only bring to your room with a big tray. buggy cars took long time sometimes no cars $450 hotel spend credit is only apply to the coupon for the service like $10 off , $25 off etc

+: We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The best part of our experience was the staff: cleaners, waiterswaitresses, maintenance staff, (the man with the slingshot!), reception staff, entertainment staff, chefs, buggy drivers (sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone)! It was so personal, delightful and the conversations with the staff didn’t feel at all forced- they were so genuine. The hotel was spotlessly clean- our room was cleaned to an exceptional standard everyday. Simple delights such as constant fresh towels and water available was amazing. The location is perfect and the food delicious. The palace was a perfect haven.
-: The only suggestion I have would be to serve proper cafetière ground coffee at breakfast rather than filter coffee.

+: The place where the resort is located is really amazing. Friendly bartenders and waiters at the bar.
-: I would not recommend the water villas, they are just so overrated for what they offer. Additionally, the activities at the water sport center are just so expensive. They give you free rentals of glasses and masks only for a designated area where literally we barely find sea live, pushing you to either buy the snorkeling package or the diving experience 100 USD pp and above. Then if you want to buy the snorkeling equipment, it is 80 usd for an equipment that usually you can buy for 30 usd or less. If you have decided to go just bring your own equipment. Food was good but not awesoke and we ate at the Japanese restaurant and it was very disappointing. Overall, I think it depends on what you are looking for. The resort is nice, food standard, accommodation ok, but for 5 stars.. I do not know if the rating is accurate.

-: La poca flexibilidad con la hora del check out. No nos dejaron estar hasta más de las 12 en la habitación aún sabiendo que nuestro Transfer estaba programado para las 5 de la tarde y el primer día no pudimos disfrutar de la habitación ya que llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada.

+: Meals were very good. I enjoyed the curry items served. The ocean is so blue and beautiful.
-: If Booking would have provided me correct information when I booked this trip.In the details information provided by Booking.com in the room description it listed I would have a swimming pool attached to the room. Well when arrived at the resort it turned out to be a bath tube outside on the patio. I was told I could pay and extra $ 160 a night extra for that type of room. I was not happy and Booking.com when I notified them and sent copy of the information stating this, Booking did nothing to help with the issue. I communicated with them several times on the trip. Needless to say we did have a great time.
