+: Good snorkelling, great food. Chef very accommodating of food intolerance and went out of his way to prepare different dishes. Having read other reviews was concerned about mosquitoes but applied repellent daily and wasn't bitten. Great watersports.
-: Entertainment very low key but suited us. Had to wear an awful plastic hospital style bracelet which degraded throughout our stay. That is a really small complaint as everything else was great. The island is a slice of paradise.

+: A true paradise. It's hard to sum it up in a few lines, but everything was outstanding. Starting with the island, which is beautiful, with stunning vegetation and very well-organized spaces. The staff was always friendly, the beach villa had gorgeous wooden interiors and beautiful lighting (it was so nice in the evening to return from the beach and see the lamps on in the house), and the open-air bathroom with a view of the lush vegetation was a lovely touch. The sports were well-organized, the pool was very nice, and the restaurants were excellent, especially Raabondhi, which offered exceptional service and a wonderful location. The sea was also beautiful, with a very child-friendly area of shallow, calm water right in front of the villa, and the reef just a short distance away, where we saw sharks, turtles, pufferfish, a myriad of reef fish, and even a manta ray. Everything was organized perfectly, including the transfers to and from Malé. Even the handling of a small incident (my daughter was stung by a jellyfish during an excursion) was flawless, with a doctor immediately available who assisted us excellently. All of this allowed us to enjoy our vacation weeks in total relaxation and fun. We had the "Premium All Inclusive" package, which included everything (drinks, snacks, and the Raabondhi à la carte restaurant, as well as some included excursions), and we highly recommend it.
-: We found the prices at the Diving Center to be very expensive. There might be a reason for these costs, but for this reason, we preferred not to take any diving courses
