+: -اول محجزنا على طول تواصلو معنا ليعرفو اي طيارة احنا ليستقبلونا بالمطار -لقيناهم بينتظرونا مع اسم الاوتيل على كارمة اول ما نزلنا من الطيارة-الشب يللي استقبلنا جدا متعاون اخذ الشنتات ورتبهن خلال خمس دقايق كنا طالعين من المطار وانتظرنا القارب السريع خمس دقائق كان واصل لعنّا ركبنا في القارب عشر دقائق كنا واصلين الجزيرة والمنتجع وهاد احلى شيء بالامر-الاستقبال كان رهيب استقبلونا ب دف 😄 واعطونا هدية تذكارية-اخذتنا يوكي اتوقع اسمها بالباچي على طول عملتلنا لفة بالمنتجع واخذتنا للغرفة وهناك عملولنا التشيك ان صراحة لاول مرة بنوخذ هيك خدمة مميزة بهالجانب-فش داعي احكي عن الجمااال والوان البحر الرائعة شيء خيال -الناس بشوشين ريلاكس حبابين -طفلتنا الصغيرة مرضت ما كان الطبيب موجود لكن كان براميديكال اعتنى بالامر واخذ راي الطبيب وقدملنا ادوية بعدها احتجنا نروح عالمشفى امنولنا قارب خاص لنروح على مالي مع مرافق وكان مجاني و كثير كثير اسعدنا اهتمامهم والمرافق بعد مخلصنا من المشفى عمللنا جولة ب مالي-كوني مسلمة ملتزمة اخذت الفيلا فوق الماء مع المسبح لكن الغرفة ما كانت خصوصية تامة وهون كان احمد المرافق لالنا بالمنتجع متعاون جدا جدا واحمد هو الشخص المسؤول عن ترتيباتنا وراحتنا بالمنتجع شخص في كمال الروعة اخذنا على كمان ثلاث فيلات لاختار بينهن الاكثر مريح لالي وهاد مش مفهوم ضمنا فشكرا كثير كثير بالنهاية اخرت ڤيلا زي مبدي وزيادة-ما احتجنا شريحة نت الانترنت بالمنتجع ممتاز-الاكل جدا جدا متنوع ولذيذ والناس بالمطعم رائعين لابعد الحدود-في وسط المنتجع اثناء السير يمكن رؤية حيوانات البحر سلاحف واسماك مناظر رهيبة-عملنا سنوركلينچ شفنا الاسماك بنص المحيط لكن للاسف المرجان في بداية موته -شيف المطبخ وطاقم المطعم محترمين لأبعد الحدود طاقم رائع فش وصف ينقال عن المنتجع غير جنة الله على الارض كثير كثير انبسطنااا

-: صوت الطيران لقرب المنتجع من المطار لكن بالنسبة لالنا مش سيء للغاية لانه القرب مهم اكثر من ناحيتناريحة الڤيلات اللي فوق الماء بسبب الرطوبة غير مريحة كثير يا ريت لو امكانية وضع اجهزة للريحة بكل فيلا لتغيير الروائح

+: The staff were amazingOur Butler, Ms. Payel Sengupta had a broad and welcoming smile and even saw us off with a large sign. She was so warm!MHelen in the restaurant, she was amazing too, she made sure we had a great cook and dine experienceChefs Priyanka and Rajesh were friendly and really nice and made us really tasty food with a smile. They were amazing. Try the cook with the chef option, it's great value with lots of food and dessert and starters. We chose Thai and it was very good.The food was amazing, almost everything was good. Very tasty, just expensive, for us.Breakfast was on the house and a la carte, very filling with a superb bread basket...different dips, sundried tomato and pesto to die for...Much better than the fare at Huvafenfushi...The rooms were clean and adequately sized. The manager, Ms. Corrine was niceThe dive center staff were also good and we found the snorkel with sharks and scuba experience was really good.Mr Ali, at the airport, picked us up and dropped us off, and on the way home, he stayed with us ALL the way, to check in and even immigration. I had stayed at a slightly more upmarket Huvafenfushi 6 years ago and we didn't have anywhere this level of service !

-: The resort is close to Male. Too many planes fly over, I'd have preferred a more isolated location.They have an awful morning and evening , smelly and noisy instect control fogging sessions with chemicals that smell like petrol, and these penetrate the closed villas, even when the doors are closedThey do it at 0530 and evening, and this woke me up 3 mornings , I really wish they'd use some herbs or incense instead.The pool is quite small and is salt water instead of fresh. The poolside restaurant has a great pizza oven, but very mediocre dough... I expected a lot more.The gym had only one working treadmill, and this was out of order for all of our 4 day stay.I was initially not impressed with the lack of toiletries such as razors or moisturisers, but I found out that they were available on request.The bathrooms have plenty of space, but they have a weird toilet that is difficult to flush because of the lid, too much space for the sinks and tubs, and much less for the toilet and shower. Maybe more toiletries would be nice.The nespresso coffee machine and kettle are placed far too low and might be difficult to us for people with bad knees or backs. The selection of tea and coffee were pretty good.Plus, the warm staff, took some time to warm up, but they were so nice when we got to know them.
