+: Bardzo fajny, kameralny hotel, który wchodzi w skład trzech hoteli oddalonych od siebie o maksymalnie 200 metrów. Mieliśmy pokój swoim up z widokiem na morze i to był strzał w dziesiątkę. Przepyszne śniadanie wliczone w cenę. Ładny wystrój pokoju oddający nadmorski klimat i przy okazji bardzo funkcjonalny. Kilka godzin przed zameldowaniem mogliśmy zostawić walizki w hotelu i spokojnie pojechać i zwiedzać okoliczne atrakcje. Recepcjonista sam nam zaproponował, że mogliśmy zameldować się godzinę wcześniej i wymeldować się godzinę później niż dodatkowych kosztów.

+: The food

-: The staff was rude and not helpful my friend was arguing with Alberto trying to get a refund because the hotel didn't look anything like the picture the hotel is tiny and we were given a dirty nasty room the sheets were dirty the toilet had dried pee on it and the shampoo and conditioner were completely used and empty they did change the room but that room wasn't properly clean either the hotel is small and barely has a beach they have hidden fees they divide $16 along with your final price if you are using a card this was a bad experience and I wouldn't recommend

+: Las instalaciones muy lindas cuidadas y limpias , la vista sensacional, la playa es muy muy pequeña; la ubicación es un poco complicada recomiendo que lleven carro. El desayuno que incluye muy bien y el pesos al muy amable

+: The house is very convenient for a group of 7 to 8 people. It was pretty clean, good amenities and right on the beach. It is also located next to the hotel who has excellent staff. Location is pretty safe . Eric Hernandez was the manager who helped us in every possible way when power was lost for 2 straight days. We had privacy and had good amenities with hammocks, lounge chairs.

-: Although the house had old charm, the bathroom were outdated, they need renovation. The 2 story main living room is beautiful but does not have AC or a fan that works. For our group, we couldn’t sit there. Fans in bedrooms were not functioning which would have been useful when power was out 2 straight nights. The hotel had generators but not the house. An alternative power source needs to be provided to the house especially when the rent was so high. Even though Eric and staff has taken care of us in which ever way possible, we could not sleep for 2 nights as there was no power. Again, if the house has its own generator and working fans, our stay could have been slightly comfortable. Hopefully management will look into this.Also, this property has very less beach.

+: The friendly hotel staff and non-corporate hotel made a nice atmosphere. We felt really welcome. Given free drinks when we arrived and tour of facilities. Good breakfast included in price. Nice quite location but not too far from Tulum center and historic ruins.
