+: Hotel conocido e identificable Esta en zona romántica, accesible hacia el sur y el norte de la ciudad Tiene buen gym, varios bares, Pileta infinita genial Se puede traer por 3 horas gratis algun visitante Acceso gratis con toallón y camastro al Mantamar club Camas cómodas Buen Internet Excelente fuerza del agua en la ducha Limpieza diaria de las habitaciones hasta muy tarde Tranquilo

-: 1) OJO cobraron por noche un precio mayor al esperado, Reservé en dolares, descontaron la 1ra noche, PERO al llegar, el resto lo pasan a Pesos mexicanos PERO a un valor del dolar mucho mucho mayor al resto en PV En lugar de usar $15 el valor de dolar ellos cobraron $18 éso incrementó muuucho el valor de la estadianoche..Los lugares mas caros cobran $16 el dolar 2) El valor del depósito en lugar de 200 dolares como dice la App de Booking fue 597.17 dolares SIN AVISO y Ya pasaron 5 dias de haber abandonado el hotel, aun sigue pendiente ese deposito cuando en 1 dia podrian haber chequeado si faltaba algo de la habitacion Tengo aun casi 600 dolares de mi tarjeta aun bloqueados sin poder usar ese dinero en otros gastos 3) El taxi del aeropuerto al hotel me cobró 444 pesos...el recepcionista dijo que ellos tenian taxis que cobraban $250 aun yendome de madrugada El dia anterior al regreso pregunto al receptionista y ahora dice que sale maximo 300 pesos por la hora de salida El dia de salida el recepcionista dice que me cobran 350 pesos porque es especial a la madrugada Finalmente el taxista me cobro 400 pesos NADIE coincidió con el monto a cobrar por un taxi del hotel al aeropuerto

+: They upgraded my room - it was awesome. Very big, beautiful, organized well, big balcony with a view. I traveled in the “off season” so the price was about 13 of what it is in high season.

-: Their security is a little “too tight”. Anyone who visits you must present their ID to the front desk and the guest must come down to the lobby to sign in the person visiting. It felt invasive and a little humiliating- I’m a grown man - I don’t need the hotel monitoring who comes and goes to my room.

+: El trato de su personal y sus cocineros muy rico todo

-: Las puertas entre las habitaciones tienen un espacio y se oye todo lo que hablan y la música, Los lavabos no desaguan correctamente y la llaves de los lavabos de recepción no funcionan y en el baño del restaurante top no funciono el drenaje no había agua súper mal el mantenimiento

+: The room is very well suited for a couple. We love that it all comes with a balcony; some with private jacuzzis; we particularly enjoyed hanging out by the pool around sunset time; it was such a friendly and inviting environment.
