+: During our stay, we appreciated the pool, the air conditioning system, the room size, and the bathroom facilities. It is very well located close to Walmart and the 5th avenue. Nice staff

-: We were very disappointed the bathroom facilities and wash cloths were very old and they were filthy. The dishes were dirty; In our balcony, there was a cigar. The little dining table was dirty and smeared as if they were eating pizza. The iron was not present. balcony chairs are simple plastic and old . We also had trouble with our wifi, wrong info. Our next door neighbor was super noisy There tvs, both are not smart tv. And the living room one, the control does not work.

-: Am Pool sind keine Schirme, tagsüber also kein Schatten- die Bezahlung musste per Paypal und konnte nicht von der Kreditkarte gebucht werden oder Bar erfolgen, Check-in Zeit war etwas unflexibel, hat aber letztlich geklappt

+: El apartamento esta genial, tiene todo lo que uno necesita para pasar un par de dias.

-: Tienen que colocar toallas o papel toalla para la cocina ya que es importante para mantener la limpieza.

+: The rooms were very clean and modern and equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was easy, free parking was great and the location was awesome. We didn't have any noise issues and slept very comfortably. We really enjoyed our stay.

-: We had to pay via a paypal link prior to arrival and it took a couple of goes to get it to work. We had to pay in MXN pesos (not USD or AUD as indicated in my booking) and this subsequently pushed the rate up in our currency but it was still a great deal so no regrets.
