-: The customer service at the front desk. Very poor skills of EVERYONE. Awful guidance on what's going on and what to do next. And where to find what. Very rude when asking for support. Awful really and no one knows their job. For that price....a lot to ask for And in the room the Sink was not working properly so it was like filling a bowl full with water every time I washed my hands
