+: Beach, Meer, Palmen, Poolanlage. Check-in: Wir konnten ab 9 Uhr morgens die Hotelanlage all-inclusive benutzen. Check-out: Unser Heimflug war um 20 Uhr. Wir konnten bis 15 Uhr die Hotelanlage all-inclusive. Es stehen sogar Duschen bereit, um sich für den Flug frisch zu machen. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Der persönliche Kontakt und der Service waren überdurchschnittlich. Die Betten im Zimmer waren sehr gross und bequem.

-: Unser Zimmer war im 5. Stock. Die LüftungAir Conditionning auf dem Dach war so laut, dass wir es im Zimmer störend empfanden. Dies entspricht nicht einem high class hotel. Wir schlafen am besten bei einer Zimmertemperatur von 27 Grad Celsius. Leider konnten wir diese Temperatur nicht einstellen. Es wird auf eine Temperatur 24.5 Grad und weniger gekühlt. Auf dem Barcelo-Areal hat es ein Delphinarium. Dies ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss, und nach unserer Meinung, ist es tierunwürdig, Delphine in Becken zu halten.

+: The resort is beautiful, huge, and well kept. Rooms overlooking the poolocean have excellent views, especially from the 4th and 5th floors. Food was very good at all restaurants and buffet. Lots to do when considering you have access to all the amenities offered through the 5 other Barcelo resorts. Beach was big and well groomed. Not much to complain about.

-: Upgrading to Premium level services really isn't worth it. The premium lobby lounge looks nice like everything else, but there's nothing really happening in there. Other resort brands offer exceptional upgraded services (premium bar, restaurant, pool, beach, liquor, etc.) that far exceed what is offered here.
