+: Die Lage war in Ordnung.

-: Leider war das Zimmer sehr unhygienisch, die Handtücher waren bereits benutzt und wir fanden Socken im Zimmer. Whirlpool war leider auch sehr schmutzig sodass wir ihn nicht benutzten. Kühlschrank war kaputt und sehr schmutzig. Der Save war kaputt. Die Fenster waren nicht isoliert und immer einen Spalt offen sodass man die laute Musik aus den discos sehr laut hört. Nach dem housekeeping waren unsere Nackenkissen für unsere reise mysteriöser weise verschwunden. Frühstück war nicht gut. Beim checkout versuchte man uns mit der Masche zu betrügen das sie vergessen hatten die Taxi Gebühren zu berechnen und die Kaution somit behalten! Erst als ich ausgerastet bin und den Manager sprechen wollte haben sie uns die Kaution zurück, ich kann jedem vor diesem Hotel nur warnen! Betrüger!

+: Limpieza y ubicacion, amabilidad de recepcionista

-: Ruidoso y arrende habitacion con bañera, la cual no funcionaba al 100

+: Me encanto la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal, la habitación muy linda y muy limpia, super cómodo para ir en pareja

+: La ubicación, la terraza, la comodidad de la cama.

-: El AC un poco ruidoso, la vista de la habitación da a una bodeguita.

+: De kamer was groot. Goed ontbijt met verschillende keuzes. We konden al wat eerder in de kamer en konden wat later gratis uitchecken. 1 minuut lopen van de grote straat, dus ook dichtbij het strand.

-: Het had wat schoner en afgewerkter gekund, maar het was prima!

+: The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. The included breakfast was excellent, I had a different item on the al la carte (choice of 3 for 3) on the menu each day and all were delicious. Proximity to 5th Ave and shops is great

-: NOISE: On the fridaysaturday nights the music on the rooftop was excessively loud + vibrating, I didn't care up to 11pm but it went on until 3am. NO PARKING: because the parking app did not work on my phone that I bought in the USA, I had to go out every 5 hours to pay street parking because the meters don't allow you to pay for more than 5 hours at a time and the worst part was the machines wouldnt take credit card or notes, so I had to literally walk around town buying items just so I could get a few coins at a time, because the stores never have enough coins. Thankfully a few times the lovely frontdesk staff did it for me on their phones so I could just pay them with notes but the app didn't always work for them either. If the ticketmasters just gave out tickets I probably would have just been happy to pay the ticket but they put a yellow boot on your tire here so i was stressed about forgetting to pay on time.
