-: Las calles en reparación y la atención en recepción , estuve esperando de 3 a 5 pm a que me entregaran la habitación :(

+: The accommodation was hot, or not working enough. The beach in front is not good for swimming, lots of rocks and dirt, other places in Playa Del Carmen are much better.The breakfast is horrible, almost nothing is included, water is not included, nor are the omelet fillings. Pancakes are also not included.The service from the waitress “Mauglesmauricio” is bad, always trying to add extra things.I DO NOT RECOMMEND. HOT ROOMS. BEACH IN FRONT BAD. BAD SERVICE. THERE IS NO PLACE TO STORE THE CAR. Every time you get the car it takes 15 minutes to arrive…. Hacía calor en el alojamiento o no funcionaba lo suficiente. La playa de enfrente no es buena para nadar, hay muchas rocas y tierra, otros lugares en Playa del Carmen son mucho mejores.El desayuno es horrible, no incluye casi nada, no incluye agua ni los rellenos de tortilla. Los panqueques tampoco están incluidos.El servicio de la camarera “Mauglesmauricio” es malo, siempre intentando añadir cosas extra.NO LO RECOMIENDO. HABITACIONES CALIENTES. PLAYA FRENTE MALA. MAL SERVICIO. NO HAY LUGAR PARA GUARDAR EL COCHE. Cada vez que coges el coche tardas 15 minutos en llegar…. ESCOLHAM OUTRO HOTEL! O alojamento era quente, o ar não funcionou o suficiente. A praia na frente não é boa para tomar banho, muitas pedras e suja, outros lugares de Playa Del Carmen são bem melhores. O café da manhã incluso é horrível, quase nada é incluso, a água não é inclusa, os recheios do omelete também não. Pancakes também não são inclusas. O atendimento do garçom “Mauglesmauricio” é ruim, sempreee tentando colocar coisas extras.NÃO RECOMENDO. QUARTOS QUENTES. PRAIA NA FRENTE RUIM. ATENDIMENTO RUIM. NÃO TEM LUGAR PARA GUARDAR O CARRO. Toda vez que pega o carro demora 15 minutos para vir….

+: The staff, decor, and location was by far the best hotel in playa del Carmen .

+: Friendly staff. Very nice pool. Right in La 5ta Avenida.

-: Same food everyday. Tv didn’t work. Balcony door very hard to open. Chairs on the balcony were pointless bc you would not see over the balcony wall if you sat on them. None of the toilets flushed properly. Lost power during the evening for multiple hours. Plates of food from room service were left outside for a day.

+: Helpful great staff. Tequila tasting was fun. Nice room! It was clean modern and big.

+: Even though my booking was prepaid the hotel requested a $300 hold on our credit card. The hold was to be released after we checked out. Just as most hotels do. However they changed our card and we have still not received the credit. Management keeps telling me they are working on it but nothing has been done and it’s over a month. On top of this the same card that we have not used in years and only used for this charge now has fraudulent charges. I am sure it is related to the charges at this hotel

-: Management is unreliable. They will not reverse the “hold” charge. Our trip was prepaid and the insisted on a hold but they ran the charge and have not yet reversed it

-: Breakfastroom service overpriced for what it is.
