Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Beach Palace All Inclusive 5* 2025-2026 Mexico, Cancun

+: Staff were friendly. Location was good. Food was great.

-: The palace needs some updates. Our jacuzzi had a stopper that was broken. Elevators were slow and packed. Maybe because one was not in service.

+: The beach was beautiful.

-: Hotel felt like a 2 star. Very old and dated. No proper lobby area. Food was very average and 3-4 people in our group got an upset tummy after the first day and we only ate food in the hotel. We had lagoon view rooms and we were sold ocean view on the 12 floor - apparently at a discounted rate. But the wind made a howling noise and some issue with air con meant the room floor got wet with condensation if the balcony door was opened. There was also condensation and leaking water on the floor so that one person in our group slipped and hurt her knee.We are definitely not going back!

+: Excelente servicio al cliente por parte de todo el staff en todo momento accesibles, respetuosos y el spa ni se diga, superó por mucho mis expectativas de servicio.

-: Que no se tenga una ayuda visual de "SOLO PARA ADULTOS" en la alberca que tiene la barra

-: Cheaters!! The desks across from front desk would tell you $400.00 US dollar hotel credit that you can use it towards activities, restaurants, spa etc. Once you trust and think you don’t have to pay then receive services, yes!! It is in your tab as room charge and if you don’t pay for it they won’t let you go. That is what happened to our family today. We had a flight to catch at 8:30 am so we were checking out at 5:40ish am. There was no one but one guy at the front desk and he said we had to pay almost $200.00 US dollar for the spa service that my sis in-law used so I explained the credit that was given to us as welcome package then he said he had nothing to do with it because front desk and the desks across from the front desk are not working together in the hotel (does this make sense?? Wearing same uniform and back and forth communication) Since it was early in the morning there was nobody in higher position I could address this issue so I had to give him my credit card and walked away. They are helpless and good at taking customers money although we spent almost $10000.00 US dollars for this trip. So filthy and greedy…

+: La atención de el personal fue excepcional(en especial de Julian en el buffet del desayuno y Eric en el pool bar)las instalaciones muy limpias, la comida deliciosa y muy variada en el restaurante buffet... Sin duda volveremos!

-: Creo que podrían mejorar la comunicación y el servicio en el restaurante Smokehouse; en una ocasión no tenían elotes y simplemente decidieron poner en mí plato solo una ensalada,no fue hasta que pregunté, porque mi plato estaba incompleto, que me dijeron que no tenían, pero nunca me dieron otras opciones, aparte mi brisket no estuvo para nada como esperaba y mi postre tardó muchísimo, cuando pregunté a el mesero su respuesta fue que ya no había nadie a cargo de esa seccion. La verdad , esta cena fue la única experiencia negativa en toda mi estancia en el hotel.

+: A comida é ótima. Especialmente os doces. A cafeteria auxiliar é fantástica. A equipe de recreação é ótima. O quarto é amplo, a equipe simpática e a praia em frente é excelente. Tem um kids Club bem legal.

-: Quando chegamos no quarto, as 1 am, a área em volta das pias do banheiro estava suja. Não entendo como já que o quarto ainda não havia sido ocupado. Após isso a limpeza do quarto ficou ok.Um dia ficamos na piscina até um pouco mais tarde, por volta das 18:30. Quando saímos não haviam toalhas disponíveis e tentamos com alguns funcionários, que não conseguiram resolver o problema. Com isso, subimos molhados para o quarto, com 2 crianças.

+: The room was spacious, hot tub was amazing, views were great. The beach was clean and the view from pool is great. The staff is polite and helpful. Room service is really quick. Great location as well.

-: I would have appreciated them having few vegan options in the menu for an all inclusive resort. For breakfast, they only had vegan waffles and when I asked for the second time, the waiter told me it would take 40 mins. There were hardly any vegan options in the menu for lunch and dinner.
