+: Удобная кровать, близко к центру и пляжу.
-: Дважды сняли оплату с карты. К сожалению девушка на ресепшене не компетентная. Не знает как решать подобные ситуации. Не комфортно ночью когда идёшь в туалет свет включается во всей комнате. Ну и окно в коридор, нет света. Не дали полотенца, а когда мы попросили дали только одно.

+: Крутой отель! Соотношение цены и качества отличное. Мы заезжали раньше, в 9 утра и нам дали комнату, хотя check-in с 15:00. Спасибо за это администратору девушке, к сожалению, не запомнили её имени, но она очень вежливая и корректна. Месторасположение тоже идеальное: до пляжа 5-7 минут, но находиться на тихой улочке. Иначе, был бы слышен шум баров и клубов, как на главной улице. На крыше есть бассейн, оттуда видно даже остров Косумель. Хорошие завтраки. Постельное бельё и полотенце меняют каждые 3 дня, а убираются каждый день. Это приятно! Помогли с заказом такси утром рано в аэропорт по приемлемой цене. Можно также заказать и экскурсионные туры. Вообщем, нам очень понравился отель! Всем советую тут остановиться!

+: Отель расположен очень хорошо ! До парома и автовокзала недалёко , есть кафешки , так же рядом центральная площадь где проходят мероприятия , рядом Волмарт !!! Отличный вид с крыши !
-: Есть одно замечание ! Свет в СУ когда ночью включаешь он включается и в комнате и ты будишь того кто спит !

+: Все близко. Очень приветливый персонал.
-: Нужно повесить побольше крючков: в номере живут двое, а крючок для полотенца всего один. Негде даже купальник посушить. И свет в туалете включается так, что освещена вся комната. Ночью будишь второго человека.
