+: Location was lovely. The views were amazing. The pool was lovely. The staff at checkin were very helpful at exposing everything. The cleaning was very good. The bed was comfortable. It was very good value.

-: The room could be updated but then would be the price significantly so for the value you are paying, I think all was good.

+: Cerca de la playa. Restaurante con amplia variedad de platos.Almacén dentro del predio.

+: Amazing view, very comfortable room, nice pool and access to the beach, I understand all the rooms have ocean's view, and that's amazing. The restaurant has a beautiful view also and the people over there (at the restaurant) is very nice and friendly. If you need wifi, ask for a room with it, not all of them have it.

-: BEWARE of the $120 USD deposit they never tell you before, they ask for it as you check in at the lobby, it was not indicated anywhere, and I saw other customers complaining also. The "welcome staff" is a little rude (careless, they don't help you with anything really, just sat there looking), and maybe it was a bad day, but they don't even like each other. If you need to work: they said there was wifi in common areas, but that definitely doesn't work well. The room wifi: was amazing! But I had to specify that I needed it, they told me not all the rooms have it. It's an old building, it would be amazing to improve it a little bit, and it could be better.

+: Algunas zonas de playa son aptas para nadar, las camas son cómodas, es un hotel solo para dormir

+: Segunda vez que me quedo en Cancún plaza y la relación precio calidad es estupenda, bajando directa a la playa con reposeras, linda piscina con restaurante y bar. Las habitaciones son muy grandes con nevera y hermosas vistas, tienen estacionamientos y un market muy variado por si necesitas comprar algo

+: La vista, las instalaciones, la cercanía al mar, la limpieza, la piscina muy bonita, en general todo excelente

+: Ubicación, playa tranquila, piscina..si buscas un resort todo incluido hay muchas opciones costosas muy cerca, pero si tu plan es hacer tours la mayoría de días donde sales 9am y regresas 8pm., y solo un par de días estar en la playa.. esta es una buena opcion

-: Estaba prevenido por algunos comentarios pero es buena opción por la ubicacion en ese precio...Podría incluir desayuno, pero con el OXXO cerca te defiendes..
