+: The breakfast was fresh and delicious. There was great variety and some local flavor options! The location was great! I loved that it was attached to a mall and several resturants. It made exploring quite easy!
-: There was an issue with my colleagues billing. They brought it up to the staff several times and there was no ownership taken by the staff. We had to push and complain several times before someone offered a solution. It would have been helpful to offer a solution straight away, instead of placing blame onto others.

-: Muy frio y apático el trato de la recepcionista, además mal servicio en el restaurante, el gerente y uno de los meseros en lugar de atendernos y estar al pendiente, estaban discutiendo entre ellos y lo peor es que los ctes nos dábamos cuenta.
