+: Good and quiet place, not may restaurants and cafe nearby. But the hotel has good parking place and also has a free washing machine ( though very slow ) but you have to buy detergents by yourself. The owner and his grand daughter is friendly
-: When we check in, the wifi broke down. luckily our phone has 4G. The hotel is similar to 2 stars plus not 4 or 5 stars as shown in booking.com

+: The owner is hospitable and helpful. Location is good: 200m from OXXO shop, where you can buy coffee with pastries for breakfast or buy some necessities, water, sim-cards, etc. Close to city buses and service taxi hub (collectivo). The room has all kinds of kitchenware, cutlery, etc.to prepare food. The room is of good size.
-: The quality of internet was no good. There is no breakfast due to covid regulations. The noise of traffic was noticeable, though the hotel stands on the side street, not too busy.

+: Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und es gab riesige kuschelige Handtücher.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und besonders Miguel hat mir sehr geholfen.Das kleine Schwimmbecken auf der Terrasse hatte ich für mich alleine.
-: Eine Internetverbindung war nur auf dem Flur (sehr instabil) oder in der Lobby möglich, was mir meine Kommunikation sehr erschwerte.Das Hotel liegt downtown in einer Straße und Umgebung, in der abends alles dunkel und geschlossen ist.

+: La cama es grande y cómoda La zona es peligrosa pero a dos cuadras está el paradero del R1 que puede llevarte a toda la zona hotelera o parte de Cancún El hotel parece que en su momento era un lujo tiene potencial pero ahora está deteriorado o falta mantenimiento
-: -cobro extra aparte de lo que te cobra el booking que no leí en las condiciones y eso me generó desconfianza - el gimnasio no funciona , las cortinas estaban manchadas -la tv no tiene control y manualmente no se podía cambiar el canal
