-: Construction was ongoing from 7:30 AM until 6 PM with loud noises (hammering, drilling, etc), lots of dust and workers everywhere. It was totally unacceptable during that timeframe, unless you spent the entire day away from the hotel during those hours. In the evening, the hotel was fine.

+: I like the pool, the friendly staff, the easy access to the dive boat dock. The meal prices are very reasonable. The desk staff helped me book two snorkel tours for reasonable prices and were able to call me a taxi when I needed it.
-: I didn't expect the construction mess in the hallways, but I understand that you can't close down the whole place for renovations. There was drywall dust remaining on my shoes when I entered my room.

+: Access to the sea.
-: The hotel is performing major refurbishment, building a new 4th floor, and repairing existing rooms. Noise is extremely high from the morning till 6 pm. Construction dust is everywhere. They should have close access to at least half of the hotel rooms and advise about this status. From the size of the refurbishment work scope, I presume work will take more than 8 months to be completed. It is very unfair for all clients and even neighborood.

+: Horrible. L’hôtel est totalement en travaux, du bruit toute la journée et nous n’avons pas été prévenu qu’il serait en travaux. On a demandé un remboursement et ils refusent, ils proposent seulement un séjour l’année prochaine du même nombre de nuit gratuitement. Nous habitons en France, nous ne pourrons évidemment pas l’utiliser.Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel. A fuir. Horrible. The hotel is totally under construction, noise all day and we were not warned that it would be under construction. We asked for a refund and they refuse, they only offer a stay next year of the same number of nights for free. We live in France, so obviously we won't be able to use it.We absolutely do not recommend this hotel. To be avoided.
