+: Etablissement assez proche de l’aéroport de Cancún. idéal pour y passer une nuit, voir plus.

+: We liked the room size, bed, balcony and the view over the sea. The food was also okay.

-: When we arrived and saw that all pictures did not match current standard and spoke to the personal they where very impolite and just told us "write to booking.com and tell them your complaints, we won't do anything". We where looking forward to a casual stay a bit outside town and have the beautiful beach as we saw on the images and it was impossible to even walk down to the beach because off all seaweed, plastics and glass bottles covering the whole beach. See attached images. Many of the other hotels did at least try to fix so you could walk on the beach but here it was completely unhandled.

+: Considering we were here for a wedding, the price was convenient. The room was huge and the staff was friendly. Marco from the restaurant was also amazing and lovely. It definitely has the potential to be a nice stay…

-: … It has the potential to be a nice stay, except everything seems forgotten, old and somewhat dirty. For example, we understand that the beach has environmental issues, but many hotels make the effort to clean the beach. And if that’s not an option, the least you would expect is a clean pool. We also had problems in the restaurant, as they had slow service and almost no options during the day. Considering they give you no tap water and you’re nowhere near a store, this was the biggest issue. Finally, the water in the bathroom smells and tastes bad. Not only because of any water issue linked to the sargasso or anything, but also because the pipes and the sinks are old and rusty. Again, the taste wouldn’t matter, but we had nothing to brush our teeth with in the first night we arrived and going to the closest store would take $44 USD round trip. I’m not exaggerating.

-: No pudimos hospedarnos. Despues de hacer la reserva el hotel nos canceló. Nos dimos cuebta un dia antes de la llegada a Puerto Morelos. Al llamar nunca nos contestaron. El teléfono que aparece en el perfil del hotel no funciona. No entiendo por que booking nos pregunta por la esta eatancia si no fuimos atendidos

+: large rooms, sea view

-: dirty pool and loungers, mounds of smelly seaweed on the beach. terrible breakfast and zero customer service. poor location, very remote and no facilities at the hotel

-: the staff were rude and always after tips to the point of refusing to let me put items on the room and asking for cash. when I asked for two extra towels for me and my friend I was given one and told that was all that was left in the hotel. one day there was no gas. so there was no breakfast. no replacement was offered. no apology. the hotel is tired. the potential is there but right now I wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole. the safe didn’t work in our room, the balcony door needed a car jack to open it was so stiff. the pool was filthy. the room smelt of gone off egg. never again
