-: The hotel is old, definitely not 4 stars. We had a problem with the water in the shower that wasn't fixed during our stay. The staff doesn't speak English very good(exept fd agent) and they expect to be tipped every time, they even ask for it.

+: El hotel es muy lindo y muy bien ubicado. Su playa no la pude disfrutar pues estaba lloviendo y hacía mucho aire!

-: la distribución del hotel, era su ultimo día de trabajar porque lo van a remodelar, en si las habitaciones están muy amplias, como para viajar familias completas, pero ya esta viejito, el acceso al mar es un espacio pequeño, está usable,pero como ya es viejito huele un poco mal, el servicio no fue bueno, por lo mismo porque ya iban a cerrar y el restaurant ni se diga, muy mala comida. PEro eso es en general en Cancún.
