+: Facilities were ok, liked the fun place for my kid during rain and the cafe was good. Room was nice.
-: Room was never cleaned during the first day, even when we asked, food was just ok with very slow service on the restaurants on the 5th ave and not enough sitting. Liquor was cheap

+: The property is absolutely beautiful. Housekeeping changed our towels daily. Photographer on site was a bonus.
-: The property was giving everything as pictures, however the staff failed to escort us to our room upon arrival, we ended up spending over 20 minutes looking for an elevator in the heat of Mexico. I was told there was a happy birthday banner at the door, cake in the room and champagne for my husband as it was his birthday, to my surprise we get to the room and only champagne was there. Disappointing but the food was always on point!

The staff were amazing, they always took time to to speak to you and make you feel welcome, I want to give a shout out to everyone of them, the place was very clean, the food was amazing and the facilities are gorgeous, it’s a very family oriented place though! If you want to party it’s not the place for you! But if you want to chill eat and get a nice tan! You’ll love it

+: Resort bonito e moderno. Funcionários extremamente educados, prestativos e solicitos, com atenção especial aos funcionários do restaurante. Quarto moderno, cama extremamente confortável, piscina excelente e mobiliário atual. TV grande e smart. Restaurantes maravilhosos com destaque para mama mia e o blvove. Eu realmente adorei a experiência é um exclenente resort. A categoria privellege tem benefícios que realmente valem a pena. o Bloved no jantar é espetacular. No geral adoramos e com certeza iremos retornar no futuro!
-: Tive um contratempo com a gerente do buffet do resort, porém o gerente geral o Sr. Otto foi extremamente educado, prestativo e eficiente tomando as medidas para que tudo se adequasse. Realmente uma única oportunidade de melhoria seria incluir um prato kids no room service, como arroz, feijão, beef, batatas e legumes, ou um macarrão, pois para crianças muito pequenas a comida as vezes não atende as suas necessidades, lembrando que comida é excelente o que ocorre é que não atende o paladar infantil. E atender a todos é necessário, principalmente nossos filhos, após conversa com o Otto que foi muito educado e eficiente tudo foi resolvido, porém acho importante estudarem uma maneira de incluir um prato kids para o room service.

+: Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones, el personal fue muy amable, la comida espectacular, el cuarto con todo lo necesario.
-: La calidad de las bebidas podría mejorar, solo tienen Pepsi, la cerveza la mayoría de las veces estaba un poco caliente, las toallas solo las consigues en la alberca principal, mucho más personal se necesita atendiendo en la alberca, meseros en la playa y en albercas.
