-: c’était un cauchemar plus d’eau ni d’électricité pendant 24h alors imaginez le séjour sans clim et sans chasse d’eau. on voulait annuler les jours restant qu’on avait réservé ILS ONT REFUSÉ. C’est aberrant. le spa était sale les peignoirs usé la chambre très sombre. Aucun accueil physique vous recevez les instructions par mail.

-: l’acces a l’hotel est horrible les routes sont impraticables route de boue avec des troues partout, difficile d’accès en voiture. je ne comprends pas car pleins d’hotel sont dans cette zone ils pourraient goudronner.assez loin de Tulum Beach mais on peut y acceder en velo en 25min a peu près car taxi hors de prix

-: route d'accès à l'hôtel non carrossée à ce jour - pas beaucoup de choix de restaurants à proximité directe de l'hôtel - changement des serviettes alors que ce n'était pas nécessaire et pas demandé (l'établissement se veut sustainable soit disant...)

+: the flat was very spacious and clean and the roof area was a great bonus
-: the roads around it were very difficult to drive on. I wish the hotels in this particular area would invest in the roads. there were no dish towels to dry dishes which I thought odd but thats a minor point.
