-: Zimmer sehr hellhörig, nebenan war eine Veranstaltung bis Mitternacht. Extrem, und ich meine wirklich extreme Musikbeschallung bis Mitternacht - Schlafen war nicht möglich.WLAN nur schwach in der Lobby vorhanden, im Zimmer nicht existent.

+: El desayuno que estaba incluido fue fantástico de lo mejor en cuanto sabor y porciones ninguno de mis familiares se quedo con hambre, todos quedamos satisfechos por la excelente calidad.
-: Tal vez q hay un poco de ruido al desayunar por estar cerca de carretera pero es tolerable comparado con la cercanía de los lugares para visitar.

+: Gute Lage - eigentlich ein schönes Hotel.
-: Ich war zum fünften Mal in diesem Hotel und wohl das letzte Mal.Früher war das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses Mal unfreundlich, hat nicht gegrüsst und teilweise frech. Bei uns gab ein Problem mit der Buchung - wohl ein Systemfehler - und man hat uns zuerst beschuldigt und es wurde auf Spanisch über uns hergezogen am Telefon - obwohl ich Spanisch spreche. Ein absolutes No-Go.Dieses Hotel kann ich leider nicht mehr empfehlen. Das Personal müsste dringend ausgewechselt werden. Schade fürs Hotel.

+: The Breakfast was excellent and the staff at breakfast were very accommodating to our 3 year old daughter who was not having a good morning
-: At dinner when payment of the receipt the waiter demanded a 15% tip. I did not want to pay that and only paid 10% due to lack of choice of dessert to accommodate a 3 year old who wanted ice cream . I was informed to go to the shop and purchase it if wanted. There was also no fruit on offer at dinner which would have been an alternative to ice cream.
