+: Todo está perfectamente cuidado, desde el detalle en el servicio hasta el detalle en mantenimiento, un hotel único con excelente relación calidad-precio.Desde que llegamos nos recibieron con toallas húmedas, tienen valet, el check in personalizado, la gente súper amable en todo momento, atentos a nuestras solicitudes y con respuesta inmediata. Este hotel no es para quien busca fiesta, si lo que quieres es descansar y ser tratado como un rey, este es el lugar perfecto.Regresaremos muy pronto!

+: The rooms were perfect, hotel is small but beautiful located right on the beach, lovely communal “centote pool” which was always quiet and plunge pool in room, great views and location. The restaurant staff and cleaners were fantastic.
-: Had a great stay but just a couple of notes here. It would have been great if the private plunge pool was cleaned at least once during our stay.We booked Tago instead of another hotel because we saw a booking.com review 010524 that said “no breakfast included “ Tago responded to the review “ It is necessary to clarify that our rates includes continental breakfast.”. This isn’t the case, the continental breakfast is only included if you book direct on their website not on booking.com. Dining in the hotel and other restaurants in Tulum is quite expensive so we wanted to find a hotel that included breakfast and after seeing that review response, we thought it did. It was also very awkward trying to find out why it wasn’t included. We tried to discuss 3 times on our first morning, the staff in the lobby area said they would come back to us but they didn’t. We only found out when we checked out that it’s only included when you book direct on their website and not booking.com
