+: This property has an excellent location. It is steps to the beach and there is a beach club right in front. It was very spacious as well. It is walking distance to many great restaurants. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating.

-: Owners raised price by a$1000 US, over previous years rate without any increase in service or amenities. Families with unruly children screaming and yelling, roughhousing, are not controlled especially in the pool area. Staff refused to take any action. At the increased price point there were no beach chairs or towels offered as similar priced facilities.
