+: clean, on the beach altho no ocean views from rooms, nice staff

-: Having just stayed two blocks up the street at the extremely noisy Beach House Hotel, I moved down the street to here. This hotel is larger and actually connects directly with the beach altho no ocean views from roomsUnfortunately it is only a little bit quieter here. Both hotels are otherwise good in many ways but have the misfortune of being located next to three or four VERY LOUD late night clubs.

+: Solo la ubicación.

-: El mobiliario ya es muy viejo y las bases de las camas literalmente son unas tablas. Además el guardia de seguridad se queda con tu cambio. No es que no se tenga la intención de darle una buena propina, sino que es la acción de ser gandalla, por eso estamos así en este país.

+: Nada aunque está cerca de la quinta avenida el ruido de bares y antros hacen que las paredes retumben hasta las camas,

-: Deberian decir que el ruido es excesivo, las habitaciones son viejas el baño se veía muy sucio, me dieron primero una habitación en la que no servía la tele , luego la otra no enfríaba el aire acondicionado, las sábanas se veían muy sucias el baño igual , había bichitos debajo de la cama y terminé por dejar la habitación en menos de una hora, me dijeron que por políticas no devuelven el dinero , de verdad estaba muy sucia la habitación
