+: El alojamiento esta muy bueno, el trato el restaurante por Hever genial, el equipo de animación tiene muchas actividades y shows que buscan que seas parte de ellos y disfrutes, los club de niños son fantásticos, los atienden y entretienen al máximo con muchas actividades dentro de unas linfas instalaciones, donde las chicas Viri, Fatima, Marines Paola y Lina los atendieron genial.

+: The resort is beautiful. The lobby is spacious. It smells lovely too as aromatherapy is used throughout the property. The rooms are spacious with amazing views of the Caribbean and well stocked. There are many gorgeous pools for families and an adult only area. We loved the cabanas and found pool and beach time to be so comfortable and relaxing. The service is very good at the bars, by the pool, in the restaurants and really everywhere. The food is very good, plentiful, with lots of options. We loved the breakfast and lunch buffets as the food was excellent, very fresh with lots of choices. The spa is amazing! The hydrotherapy circuit is an experience like no other and my massage was excellent. It was pure bliss with amazing service and attention to detail.

-: This would have been a perfect vacation except for the warm and humid air conditioning in our room. The temp would get no lower than 73 degrees and many evenings, up to 75. The humidity in the room made everything very damp including our bedding. The pillows smelled musty as a result. The staff made many attempts to fix the issue but it seems their HVAC system is just not sufficient. Given the hot and humid climate, a cool, dry room is a must.

+: Ideal para familias con niños. Nos gusto mucho el hotel tiene muchas cosas que hacer, el personal muy amable pero muy platicador (entre ellos) teníamos que estar buscando que nos atendieran. Los restaurantes para cena deliciosos, nos encantó la fiesta mexicana y el show de magia. Las camas y habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.

-: Por ser temporada baja limitaron muchas actividades y servicios. Las bebidas alcohólicas super rebajadas, solo había un restaurante abierto para desayuno y comida y no tenía buena variedad.

+: Amazing facilities., service., shows in general all experience was incredible! We really enjoy our vacations here! Fun Aqua aerobics., the club kids was the second favorite place of my goddaughter the first was the pool obviously. And the Disney show was spectacular experience., and the restaurants has a delicious food!

+: I love that it is a small property.

+: Todo excelente: el hotel, la recámara, comida exquisita, instalaciones, show nocturno. Fabuloso para niñas y niños.

+: Las instalación son excelentes para la familia, hay actividades para niños de todas las edades

-: Que el sábado cerraron las barras de bebidas alcohólicas muy temprano (11 pm)
