+: The some of the staff was fairly nice.

-: The buffet was very limited and nothing as depicted. The pictures of the bathroom weren't as advertised, we were I guess moved into the old building.The infrastructure is old, key pad broken, shower nearly no water coming out, slippery floors in the hallway, path to pool and in the restaurant. Not clean at all.The staff is just "being there", no politeness, greetings, service minded.This is not worth the money at all. Very underwhelming.

+: Los entretenimientos, las instalaciones, el acceso a la playa, el bar de bebidas, el tamaño de la habitación, el personal muy amable. Regresaría y lo recomiendo

-: Podrían mejorar la variedad de los snacks, dar un mejor mantenimiento a las albercas, a los juegos infantiles, poner aire acondicionado en el restaurante las iguanas e incluir un traslado al aeropuerto

-: Algunos trabajadores te tratan por como te ves y la habitación no tenía buen aire acondicionado, en general la habitación no era muy buena

+: Do tamanho das acomodações (adequadas). Do verde , dos jardins e dos animais.

-: Da falta de manutenção de todas as instalações. Falta de refrigeração nas áreas comuns, como restaurantes (muito calor).Os caminhos são muito acidentados.Os bares e restaurantes tem horários de atendimento intercalados (hambúrguer ou pizza; se pede uma cerveja em um restaurante, tem que pegar no bar...).Acho que o hotel deveria fazer manutenção na praia (achei 3 cacos de vidro), fora os outros lixos.
