+: Las instalaciones son buenas y la ubicación; la distrubución del hotel igualmente esta buena. El wifi es bueno y la comidad del cuarto en general es buena.
-: El servicio es realmente malo; en las barras de bebidas estaba solo un bartender lo cual lo hacía el servicio muy lento ademas de que ya estaban cansados y respondían de mala gana. no había meseros en la playa o al menos a mi no me tocaron por lo cual el servicio en la playa es nulo. la calidad de la comida era regular, no tiene nada relación con el precio que se paga por la estancia; las barras de bebidas muy diferentes todas; en algunas no habia refresco de maquina y en otras si; algunas tenían cierta bebidas alcoholicas y otras no (sin considerar benidas premium); muy pocos restaurants y la limpieza del lugar puede mejorar mucho .

+: J'ai aimé la petite taille de l'hôtel, la décoration des chambres, la piscine, l'accès direct à la plage, les cours de yoga et le spa, la manager de la reception Karina qui est aux petits soins, donc pas mal de choses.
-: Par contre nous sommes arrivés un jeudi et jusqu'au dimanche, quel boucan ! Du bruit autour de la piscine et dans la chambre. Blind test, spectacle de feu ...A fond tout le temps. On a changé 3 fois de chambre, toujours de la musique dans la chambre puis on a lâché l'affaire.
