+: Que no es un hotel muy grande y todas las instalaciones y amenidades estaban cerca de la habitación. Solo el personal del bar que está en la terraza fue muy amable y diligente.

-: Muchas áreas de oportunidad: capacitación a todo el personal y a las hostess de los restaurantes. Más camastros y más toallas de alberca para los huéspedes, más variedad de alimentos en los restaurantes. Que preparen las bebidas en forma uniforme. Que limpien bien los cuartos (debajo de las camas) y que no te limiten con los artículos de higiene en las habitaciones. Cero supervisión del personal directivo a los colaboradores. Deben manejar reservaciones en los restaurantes.

+: The staffs were all attentive and goes beyond and above when I needed help.

-: I stayed for two nights, solo with two beds but ended up sleeping on the couch where I could actually fall asleep. The first bed I couldn’t sleep because of mosquitoes. I got four bites. Went to the second bed, still couldn’t sleep because my entire body started itching. Finally got 2 hours of sleep before the big day after switching to the couch. There is absolutely no early check in. I arrive few hours early, totally understand I’m quite early but the guy at thee front told me the room it be cleaned and once cleaned he will advised me. That made it seems like I can actually check in a bit early. 2 hours later I went to the front desk to see if my room was ready, unfortunately it was a different guy this time and he told me check in is at 3 so I still have to wait 40 minutes. I was standing by at the front desk, watched the time and as soon as it hit 3pm I went straight to the front desk in which without hesitation the key was handed over to me in seconds. It was 3pm on the clock! This means the room has already been ready but they refuse to release it until exactly at 3pm! I was upset but I didn’t make a fuss because again, they’re just doing things by the book.

-: Old dirty rooms, bugs walking all over my belonging. Poor quality food

+: Extrema simpatia dos funcionários, localização do hotel, Pequeno almoço variado (buffet) e grill da piscina muito simpático. Enorme árvore de Natal à entrada. Hotel lindo e imponente

-: Restaurantes muito lentos e comida muito industrial. Seria melhor converter o restaurante Bordeaux e Portofino em buffets, evitava-se a longa espera e o mau serviço

-: Very Old facility , poor food quality and drinks , experienced a very bad customer service from the staff and restaurant’s mangerThe rooms were old and smells
