+: Everything was exceptional • the buffet, the snacks. • Stuff • Pools • Kids pools • Quality of the drinks • The ocean where you can actually swim • Evening entertainment • Rooms Everything was 5 star
-: The restaurants were not that great but OK . Yet the Fusion place had ups and downs. My wife , my daughter and I ordered 3 different dishes. 2 of them were not eatable. Pork chop was pure fat. My daughter got lucky though. Her dish was just fine.

-: NO hot water in my room. Called 2 days in a row was told it would be fixed, never was.

+: love the location and love the over all look of the whole resort, staff was very attentive and polite they went over and above since I was traveling with my spouse who was a new mother they accommodated helping her freeze pumped milk so all in all very helpful
-: I think they could benefit from a reservation system for the restaurants there were long wait constantly and some restaurants where almost impossible to even get a table

+: facility was great, excellent for families with kids. room was nice and comfortable. food options were great. our family really enjoyed the stay. we also did the dolphin excursion available on the resort, which was super fun.
