-: Das Personal ist unfreundlich. WLAN muss man extra zahlen, pro Tag und pro Gerät 10US$. InsMeer konnten wir bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt nur einmal. Die restliche Zeit hat der Bademeister einfach abgesperrt und ist verschwunden. Er meinte, wegen der Strömung. Aber in den Hotels direkt nebenan durfte man schwimmen und die Bademeister waren auch anwesend. Einfach faules Personal.Das Bett, war nur eine Auszieh-Couch, die sehr verdreckt war.

+: Very relaxing. Dive shop on site. Good snorkeling right from shore. All inclusive including drinks. Rooms were nice and comfortable.
-: When we checked in, we asked for a quiet room - which we received. However, towards the end of our stay, they decided to remodel the room above us. Workers were in the room working till at least 10pm. Very noisy and very annoying. The food was plentiful but just ok. Service was slow. Hotel is next to the Cruise ship port. Ships block your view and lots of the passengers come to the hotel which can make it very crowded during the day.

+: Meals too expensive at the restaurant on site. Down the block you can eat tacos or other meals for a lot cheaper $90.00 for all inclusive. I don't eat $90.00 worth of food a day TOO expensive

-: Deberían tener algunos equipos de diversión a disposición si tienen esa salida al mar..y hacer mantenimiento a la zona de arena pues estaba muy poca ya..y era incómodo caminar por allí.
